How to build a rabbit trap?

How to build a rabbit trap. I have tried 6 times to build a rabbit trap I have mainly tried the snare but I never build it right. Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to build a rabbit trap (snare or box). And what kind of food should I bait it with, what would attract the rabbits to it. Also does anyone know if a .410 shotgun can kill a deer. If so about how far can you be away from the deer and still kill it.How to build a rabbit trap?
You better make sure that is legal before you go out and start snaring up rabbits everywhere. If it is legal, you should try a dead-fall, it instantly kills the rabbits so they don't suffer as much. As for the .410, Yes it is possible to kill a deer with it, but from what I've heard, its not a very good idea.

Here's a list of small game traps that people make to catch small game for food and things.

get a heavy box and prop it up with a stick attached to it and put a bunch of vegetables like carrots and lettuce under it than when the rabbit goes under to eat yank the stick and u have urself a rabbit
to build a snare you have to use a light wire... for example the wire that are in twist ties would be a good size.... What you have to do is set up a snare by making a loop and tieing the wire so that when the rabbit runs through it catches around its neck and tightens up... The trick now is to find a trail frequented by rabbits... or bait them... jsut rmemeber coudl come any direction then..

Yes a .410 would kill a deer at close range with a slug... but not reccomended... not enough if you go past 30 yards unless you have a good shot

hope that helps

the link could help with the rabbit sanre im not a trapper. about the .410 to be effective in killing a deer one must reach the range of 35 yards; 50 yards is streaching it but ut can be done.
