What to line a rabbit cage with?

My rabbit is litter box trained now, and I would like to use something like a towel or carpet to line his cage with instead of the bedding that I have been using. Any suggestions? What to line a rabbit cage with?
I have used, with success, carpet remnants, towels, or fleece blankets for rabbits who don't chew them. If your rabbit nibbles fabrics, stick with unbleached natural 100% cotton towels or look at seagrass matting. You can purchase it online, or if you have a CostPlus World Market near you, they sell it quite cheaply! What to line a rabbit cage with?
get rid of the cage -the wire isn't healthy for the feet and there's not much room for it to move. create a safe habitat that provides lotsa shelter from weather %26amp; predators. always use bedding that is safe if digested. consider newspaper %26amp; straw.
Assuming your rabbit is an indoor rabbit, a blanket or towel will work well. Carpet can cause sore hocks (feet) if your rabbit doesn't get a chance to get off it. I use blankets and wash them once in a while.
Rabbits use wood chips to stay warm, so a towel isn't a good idea. if you use carpet it will get really smelly, and gross looking. you could try using packaged fluff(like cotton or wool) they really like that stuff.
They sell animal bedding at pet stores. Even at walmart. use that.
I use grass and straw mats. They sell them at most pet stores.
Hay, Newspaper and saw dust
sod
shredded newspaper and sawdust.
