How about going to an ARBA rabbit show? There are breeders there that can help you find a Mini Lop.
Right now the national convention is being held in Kentucky so there won't be any shows locally this weekend. But they will start up again next week (November)
Go to the ARBA website and click on ';Shows'; enter your state and look for shows near you. Then attend one and I am sure you will find your Mini Lop there.

Have you checked your local Humane Society and rabbit rescues?
